UNAUTHORIZED DEBT ORDER AT FNB BY DIGICASH
I recently received a call from FNB about a debt order (R99) from DIGICASH, I immediately inform them to cancel it and reverse the transaction because I know nothing about DIGICASH and their dealings. I have suffered a serious financial charges and I want Digicash to explain who gave them authority. I don't understand why don't they check with customers first because there are lot of ****s going around. Digicash will lose reputation for working with bad companies. I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED!

We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
Kind regards,
The Digicash Team
