Unauthorized Debit Order
An amount of R99 was *******ly debited from my bank account number on the 24th of July 2014. I had no funds in the account as was not expecting any debit order to go through hence the bank has now charged me R115 for an uncollected debit order. On further follow up with the bank it came to light that Digicash debited my account on behalf of their client Skylab Communications whom I have never heard of. By looking at the complaints on Hello peter it looks like am not the only one who has been debited *******ly. This amounts to theft from peoples bank accounts. I have never spoken to any one from Skylab Communications and have never given out my credentials including bank account number to a call center agent. <br> <br> I want my money back in terms of the bank charges imposed by the bank and I want it today!!!

The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
