UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER!!

For the past two months an amount of R99 has been taken from my account, i did not give consent to anyone for this money to be taken, we then called Digicash this morning and we were told that a company called RTS Marketing in Durban(We live in Johannesburg) is who has asked them to be taking this money,

I have never signed up or agreed to any amounts being taken from my account, and by the looks of all the other complaints listed for Digicash this seems to be how they do things, always unauthorized money being taken and always by some company in Durban, i have a set budget each month and i am aware of every payment a make and debit order i agree to and i have never agreed to any amounts being taken from my account,

I expect the money for both June and July to be put back into my account asap, and don't tell me the process of how things work because it is all nonsense,no one agrees to a monthly debit order without knowing it and signing for it,unless you can give me any proof that i signed for any debit order the money better be put back into my account with immediate effect or i will take further action on this matter.

Hello DinahMonana,

We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.

The process is as follows:

1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.

One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved

Kind regards,
The Digicash Team

Best regards,
