UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER
What has been noticed here is that Digicash has processed unauthorized debit orders from various banks, be it Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank with the reference ***. <br> Firstly, go into the bank.<br> The bank manager should be made aware of this. The bank manager must help you, after all what are they there for? Contact the bank's ***** department to investigate this...<br> If the bank managers refuse to help you, report this to the Ombudsman...<br> Also lay a complaint to PASA: [Email Removed]<br> Where are the supporting documents for the debit orders?<br> Educate the nation!<br> <br> <br>

We understand your frustration in this regard and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants. They upload files which we transmit to the bank.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
The reference you have provided in your complaint is not one that we recognise. If you have been debited incorrectly we will require the correct reference number. We will therefore send you an email requesting the relevant information to resolve your complaint.
