UNAuthorized DEBIT
My account has been debited by DIGICASH for an amount of R99. I have not authorized anyone telephonically or in writing. I contacted NEDBANK and they say that I should contact the company concerned. I called them this morning and spoke to Kyle Naidoo. His response was that he will look into it and get back to me. I requested for this amount to be returned and for proof of authorization to be furnished to me. <br> <br> My concern is that companies like the above have details and debit peoples accounts with their authorization. They can be doing this to millions of people. What security measures have the banks put in place to avoid these incidents? Companies like DIGICASH commit ***** and yet nothing gets done about it. Where is the consumer protection?<br> <br> I would appreciate any assistance or advice regarding this matter<br> <br> Thank you kindly
