UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT
DIGICASH from Cape Town ***) they have taken UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT off my account today for and when I contacted them asking can they please help me cancel this, I was given details of a company called KL Marketing ***, *** and ***. I am failing to get hold of them, the first number is always engaged, the second number rings twice and tell me that the number does not exists, the third number rings without an answer. I know this is a **** and *****, I don't know KL Marketing and I have never done any business with them.

We apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced.
As you point Digicash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts Digicash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. Digicash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
4. Sometimes the name that the merchant goes by differs from what appears on the bank statement so it may appear unfami**** to you. This mismatch is beyond our control.
If continue having problems contacting the merchant in question, please let us know and we'll escalate your request with them too.
You may contact us directly either via phone ***) or email (***), and we'll address this issue ASAP to ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
