Unauthorised Smart Debit Order
My bank account was debited by DIGICASH for R99 on 28/08/2015.I called my bank and had this NAEDO DEBIT DIGICASH 150828 transaction reversed, I was informed this is a smart debit order that tracks ones account for positive balance and then activates the debit.<br> I will have to track my account daily for any ***** activity. I want DIGICASH to respond.<br> TO GROW ONES BUSINESS ONE MUST ACQUIRE AND RETAIN SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.<br>

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
