Unauthorised Debit Orders from my account
I have noticed that Digicash has been debiting my account and I have never had any dealings with them. I need a refund immediately from Digicash. This is insane, I dont understand how can this happen. I called Digicash offices and they informed me that I must call LIM Marketing and I dont understand their relationship with them. The bottomline is that my money was deducted by Digicash and they are the ones who need to pay my money back. This is ****************

First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
