Unauthorised debit orders

I have never had any interaction with these people ever, infact I have not heard of them until I saw them appearing on my bank statement. They took debited my account on 2 occasions and have tried on other occasions with no luck. I tried calling them and they do not answer the phone. <br> <br> I want my money and for them to stop fiddling with my hard earned money. This is frustrating seeing there are a lot of people complaining about the same people yet nothing is done about them.
