Unauthorised debit order from my account
Last month, the 25th of June. I saw a R99 debit order that went off my account with ref Nrkinv1 3bbrz. I then contacted Digicash and they gave me some gmail account and Dbn number of the company that instructed them to debit my account.

Until today, I have been calling this NRK investment for my refund with no luck. Everytime the manager is busy to talk to me and they never respond to my emails. I'm really upset, this is totally *****. In May again it was A Dbn company, LasTelecom... And when I google these companies they are non-existant. I had to reverse that R99 and incur bank charges.

Please refund my account and never debit my account again.

We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
Kind regards,
The Digicash Team
