Unauthorised Debit Order
On Saturday (2015-07-18) an amount of R299 was debited from my account without my permission by Digicash. Upon contacting Digicash I was given a contact number for Velcan Trading to make enquiries with. The number is continuously engaged. I never gave Digicash or Velcan Trading authorisation to deduct money from my account.

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
