UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER
That is a business that is not suppose to exist, the Hawks must root these ones out. I don't buy this response and flimsy explanation. When I call and they tell me the deduction is from \Hilton Market Group""; it just crass. They also further request your account number as a reference; another wrong and ******* action right there. As for my bank; I don't know what checks do they do to allow a debit order i did not authorise. What if I had not checked my account. Finally;its funny that the amounts for the debit orders complained about are the same.

I reversed the amount with my bank.
"""

16 Jul 2015, 14:38Hello Luvovena,
We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
Kind regards,
The Digicash Team
