How does this happen?

Answers please ...
How many people check their statements ... ******** dishonest bunch of ******!!!
If you're a third party entity, how about making sure that you include the company that authorised this demand debit order in your transaction, then we can bombard them instead of you.
My money ... back ... now ... thank you

Hello marvyk,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We'll aim to assist in resolving your query as quickly as possible.

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.

The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account

We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.

The Digicash Team

Best regards,
