unauthorised debit order
I noticed on my bank statement that I have a R99.00 deduction sometimes even two deductions in a month with reference worldon/digicash that I have no knowledge of. I called my bank and the gave me this number *** I called the number and they gave me another number ***, spoke to some lady who then put the phone down in my ear and then I called again and got through to a guy by the name of Mark Moodley, who said he was going to get someone from the accounts department to refund my money since Oct 2014 it's been almost a month still no response.

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
