Unauthorised Debit
I have no freakin idea who you are and I don't freakin care what you do but I what I know is that I didn't give you permission to debit my account. You may have thought you will get away with it but I picked it up. So I have taken it up on myself to stop you. If you dare try to do this again. My lawyers will be contacting you sooner than you anticipate. You must be the mother of all complaints because that's all I see under your name.<br>

We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
