Still no response on mandate

I complained a while ago regarding money that was debited from my account by Digicash on behalf of Moodly and was told that the mandate would be investigated. I still have not heard from Digicash regarding the mandate and would like proof of the mandate to debit my account. Please contact me urgently on ***.
