Refund
I was billed incorrectly for a cell phone account that I did not sign for. In June two debit orders for R99.00 each were debited from my account without my consent I spoke to Tanya on the number ***, she advised me that the debit order will be stopped and the money will be refunded. on the 24 June the money was refunded but on the 25th two more debit orders were deducted. I understand that Digicash is debiting on behalf of Shauna Marketing. Have been speaking to Tanya and she told me she will ensure that I am refunded but the refund is still being cooked from what I see.

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
