R99 have been debited from my account
Got an SMS this morning stateing R99 has been debited from my account without my concent I don't even know what it is all about! Why is this people *****ing our money!!! And best off all now I have to go to the bank to put a stop order on this AND I also have to pay for that now

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
