Phantom Solutions
Happened to me this morning, I Never been to them or signed any documents that gave them permission to debit from my account! Totally ********! Hope someone is going to do something about them. the phone number supp**** by Digicash doesn't work, ***, How can Digicash have these people as there clients (are they also involved with the ****????) on *** phone number (Also supp**** by Digicash) a lady called chantel answer, but hesitate to talk to me and promise to refund me, PLEASE, her unlike unprofessional approach to me told me the hole story, these people are ***********. Luckily my bank will reverse the money, so ...... to you Digicash and Phantom solutions.

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
