Not A Legit Facilitator
Banks are aware that Digicash is not a legit debit order facilitator but rather ******* vendors. I didn't waste my time calling them. I reversed the R299 taken from my account and reported all the complaints on Hellopeter to Standard Bank ***** division. If they debit my account once again I will open a case and I advise all other victims to do so. We will not be victimised in vain. I am not interested in their reply. I am simply warning them. Game over!!!

We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
Kind regards,
The Digicash Team
