My account was randomly and incorrectly billed
On the 30th October, a debit order went off against my account. The bank told me it is Digicash that ran the debit order. I phoned Digicash this morning(02/11/2015) at 11:23 and spoke to a lady by the name of Jenial. She then said i should phone Blaq Rand Communication on the number ***. I tried phoning Blaq Rand but the phones just rings with no answer.<br> <br> Before the 30th October, i had no knowledge of a company called Digicash or Blaq Rand Communications. I don't know how and why they are debiting my account. <br> <br> Now i have to pay reversal fee with the bank for something i had no knowledge off.

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
