Money Taken from my Account without permission!

On the 20/08/2015 R99 was deducted from my bank account with ref 45Q6A. when contacting Digicash I am informed that they deduct money from Bank accounts when asked to by one of their Clients. I requested their clients details as I never authorized any payments! Digicash advised me it is Janortek with a number ***/ *** (the 031 number gives number does not exist / 073 - cell off) This company is not listed anywhere on the internet or with yellow pages, Telkom advise me the number is suspended. Digicash tell me they will email the company requesting them to call me and that the number does work but its just engaged!
Digicash tell me they can not undo the transaction and that I must go to my bank to do this (very inconvenient!!) or request their Client (that as far as I am concerned does not exist) to refund me.
So in short... Digi cash have ****** money from me as they have absolutely no proof from their \ Client"that I have requested what ever it is that this \""client\"" sells. If this so called \""Janortech\"" exists why cant I get hold of them? and since their number has been suspended How did this \""company\"" request Digi Cash to ***** my money? I WANT ANSWERS!!!!!"""

Hello sheralene,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We'll aim to assist in resolving your query as quickly as possible.
Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.

The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account

We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.

The Digicash Team
