money deducted from my account
after going through my bank account I noticed two dections by digicash. 99.99. and 99.00 on the same day.<br> I have not authorised any debit orders of this amount. I have no idea who and what this is for. As far as I know permission by myself must be given by myself for anyone to deduct money from my account.

The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
