im sick and tired of the lies i want my money
Money has been taken from my account since February 2015. I hardly ever check my bank statements and because it was a debit for R99 i never received a sms notification. i have spoken to the people at digicash and the people at S * S Solutions or Whoza Enterprises and everyday its a new lie or a new excuse i'm getting sick and tired of this ****. Whoza Enterprises never had any agreement with me and i ddnt authorise any deductions but Digicash went ahead and took my money. How do you operate without supporting documents. How would you damn feel if this happened to you. I dont want no ******** about yourll not being responsible and you are the middle man. you middle man had no right to debit my account. You are just as guilty as whoza enterprises or S &

The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
