Digicash took money from my account with reference number BRC DBN2 5CVN0 BLAQ, I Dont know who they are & i dont have a contract with them or digicash, No assistant fron digicash call centre, i am send from pillar to post, i want my money back , how can yo deduct money from peoples account without any signed agreement
