We understand your frustration in this regard, but rest assured that we do actually follow all the requirements as stipulated by PASA and banking legislation, in fact we ask for much more than is required to mitigate as much as possible these sorts of complaints
The problem that we have with these complaints is a complex one, and is not made easier by the fact that many of the systemic issues we're up against are endemic to South Africa. The root cause here are legislative issues and our hands are largely tied in a lot of ways.
We realise a lot of this will make very little difference to you, but we would encourage you to work with us and not against us. If you mention the company is giving you a run around, please involve us in the communication (you can cc ***). At the least our involvement will speed up the matter between you and the company
Also please contact our offices on *** or email us at *** so that we can get the necessary details from you for us to block your account so no further deductions can take place and request the Mandate from them.
We looking forward to hearing from you
Kind Regards
DigiCash Team
