******* debits taken from account via Digicash

I have had debit orders taking money from my bank account for months, without my permission. The amount is R99.99, which is just below the threshold to receive notifications on your cell. Unfortunately I only noticed it this week, but I have over R1000 taken from me from Matrix Solutions through unauthorised debits.<br> <br> I do not have an account with Matrix Solutions and have never heard of them. The debits have been taken from my account via Digicash, and when I called them they noted that they would block any further transactions - however I have not been able to secure a confirmation that I will get a refund. Matrix Solutions are not taking my calls, and have promised to answer my email enquiry, but I have had no feedback from them. I have just this morning had another debit from my account from Digicash, even though a block had been put on my account.<br> <br> Watch out for any transactions from your account via Digicash, they do not have to get your authorisation to start debiting your account. It also costs you at least a R20 fee every time you need to reverse a payment with your bank and you have to go into the branch yourself. <br> <br> Digicash, please assist me in a full refund.
