******* DEBITS
I am not happy with the fact that Digicash took money out of my account for two months without any agreement with me. I don't appreciate people taking my hard earned money as they please without my consent. I have no agreement with Digicash whatsoever. what ****es me off though is that on one day you make 3 debits, who authorized that and when. that is my bank account & please leave it alone & bring my money back. I don't know you guys nor am I married in community of property with you to make my account yours. Please leave my bank account alone

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
