******* debiting of my account of R99,99
I've just about had it with this company and it's blatant passing of the buck. R99,99 has been debited off my account every month for since November. EVERY MONTH I call them bringing this to their attention and I am told to talk Digicash to call \wildfire"but every month the same error but somehow the company names magically change I.e Elasie"

We understand your frustration in this regard and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
We would like you to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants, from their customers.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
Kind regards,
The DigiCash team
