******* Debit Order- No response from Company

I have yet again have the unfortunate experience that Digicash ******* debit my account on the 24th of July 2015.
This has happened before and after a week of sorting they refunded and was stated as \capturing error".
How can a third party just debit account without authorisation from the account holder or any notice?
What legal action can be taken?
I think I will get PASA to log them under the black list for ******* debits.
I wasted R350 rand in calls just to get a answering machine. Hello RealSAService,

We appreciate you informing us about this matter and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.

The process is as follows:

1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.

One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved

Kind regards,
The Digicash Team
