******* debit order DIGICASH

once in 4 months i run thru my bank statements checking for odds and yet again after a whole year of no drama low and behold DIGICASH is at it again !!! Debiting my account 4 months for sum thing i did not authorise !! I have now phoned many times been told by Nenna the money has been paid back ....was expecting a call from her supervisor this has also not phoned... NO MONEY HAS BEEN PAID OUT TO ME YET .... i asked yesterday for proof of payment because the funds are not in my bank account ..... still waiting for that as well..... today 13 October 2015 still nothing in my account ......
