******* debit order and *****
An ******* debit order has gone off from my account that linked to Digicash. This seems to be a recurring problem from reading the complaints on Hello Peter.<br> Digicash's response to everything is a standard copy and paste to every problem! They are easy to say \it's not our fault

We understand your frustration in this regard and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants, from their customers.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
Please contact our offices on *** or email us at *** so that we can provide you with the details of the company responsible for debiting your account and for us to block your account so no further deductions can take place and request the Mandate from them.
Kind Regards
DigiCash Team
