******* Debit order
I just want my money back from New Star Telecom a company based in Durban. . Digicash have been deducting 99.00 for the pass 3 months for my account without my damn permission.<br> I spoke to someone at Digicash and she referred me to New Star Telecom on ***. <br> <br> I spoke to a lady Mandy ,which promise that she was going to phone me back ,she is still calling back.<br> When I call her on *** ,they answer the phone, but no one speak, damn unprofessional. They call you back ,because they see the number that you phoning from but they do not say anything but you hear noises in the background.<br> It is ******* to be deducting from someone's account without there permission, I want my money BACK, this is ********<br> <br>

o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
