******* debit order
I've just noticed a debit order of R99 from my account and it's been a couple of months now and I have no idea who the creditor is. This is an ******* action as I have not authorised any company to debit that money. I'm gonna be contacting PASA to help me get my money back.

We would like you to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants, from their customers.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
