********** debit orders

Hi<br> <br> On 30/04/2015 I noticed a debit come off my account with the reference DIGICASH 27NRZ SONAR 150430 and for R99.00. I am 100% certain that this is a ********** debit order since I have not signed any debit orders with this company - last month I came across a similar **** with a company that attempted to *******ly debit my account so I am sure that this is a ****. I called my bank and they reversed this transaction, however I am extremely upset and worried at the same time that this kind of behavior is being allowed and no action is being taken against these **********. I have noticed other complaints on hellopeter in the past few days with the same issue and I want to know how was this done without my permission and what action is being taken? Surely people cannot just debit our accounts like this. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe that security is taken so lightly, a ********* can just get hold of a persons ID number and bank account and start taking money. Please provide me with feedback on this complaint. <br>
