********** COMPANY
Just gone through my bank account and noticed 5 unauthorised debits through this ***** company. All for under R99 so sms notification is not activated. Who gives you the right to ***** money from our accounts. Called the number *** waited for 5 mins before hanging up, suppose now I will receive a huge phone bill as well for calling that number. Looking through other posts on this site I can't actualy believe this so called business is still operating.

We understand your frustration in this regard and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly for further details of the transactions on your account and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
Regards,
Digicash Team
