********** Activity on my FNB Bank Account
A Company called Digicash is debiting my bank account and i have not signed any agreement with this compaby nor do i even know who they are but my bank account was debited on the 30th January 2015 and on the 25 February 2015.<br> <br> I demand my money back from this company as they have no rite to do as they please on my account withou any authorisation from me.<br> <br> Sibongile

First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
I would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
