DigiCash unauthorised debiting my business account

I noticed debits for R89 and R115 coming off my account via the Digicash software. I queried it and the teller then told me to contact a company called Andyk Marketing who apparently requested Digicash to debit my account. <br> <br> The gave me a cell phone number who was answered by an individual who said he doesn't know what Andyk Marketing is and that he had received another similar call earlier this week. <br> <br> I called the landline they gave me and that just remains engaged. <br> <br> I can't find a website for Andyk Marketing. I called Digicash back and demanded a refund - I'll will see whether I actually get it. <br> <br> According to Genial, the teller, Digicash only provides the debiting software and there is no vetting process to check whether the debits are actually authorised by the debitee. <br> <br> I don't even know whether they have a process to vet companies or individuals utilising their software. It seems as though it is a regular daily thing for people to query debits on their accounts from Digicash.<br> <br>
