I have a similar problem that has been reported many times. Digicash allows some **** companies in Durban and Cape Town that change every time to debit R99,99 into my FNB account, I reported this several times to them it still doesnt stop.<br> <br> What ever happened to conducting ethical businesses that make money for a company without jeorpadising the well being of others. if Digicash cannot have controls for ****s in their system then they shouldn't be in the finance and banking industry

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
