Digicash must stop debiting my account
Digicash must stop debiting my account, reverse all the debit orders they processed into my FNB account without my permission. I have requested my bank to reverse all debit orders from this company 6 times already, and every time my bank reverse these debit orders, these people would change the reference numbers they use to deduct my money from account. I have never received any form of service from these people, I do not know the supplier.<br> <br> I want every cent that that they have deducted from my account.<br>

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
