DigiCash ***** - ******* debit order
On Friday the 27th of Feb my account was debited by R199.00. I immediately phoned my bank to query this as I have NOT authorised this company to debit my account. <br> DIGICASH 1NH0D KAIHO R199.00- 02/27: <br> *** / *** <br> Contact person : Paul Brown<br> I contacted DigiCash and spoke to a Maria. She refused to give me her surname. She informed me that a company called Kai Holdings gave instruction to debit my account. She gave me their contact details. I spoke to Bianca Gcwabaza who informed me that firstly a company called Imagine8 debited my account for a cellphone service. I queried this as DigiCash informed me that Kai Holdings debited my account. She then said that this was the same company. She then changed the company's name to VBiancrewards who debited my account which was apparently also the same company as Kai Holdings. I then got a call from Janet Matumaro (Tel: ***) informing me that they will investigate. She would not give me the details of the company she is calling from or who se works for or what they do. She also would not supply an address. None of these companies exist and none could prove that I authorised a debit order. STOP THE *****!!

First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
Having said that though we'll certainly follow up with Kai Holdings' CEO and request that your complaint be addressed as a matter of urgency.
