Digicash diductions
Received a sms from my bank regarding a deduction that went off on 16 Feb 15.<br> <br> <br> Call Digucash and lady told me she dont know why a deduction went off. I must phone Ash at X Fnfinity (ref: 1JNHT) they are deducting the money.<br> <br> I never gave autority for any deductions. Please investigate. Have losts thousands off rands due to these kind of things already.

First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants, from their customers.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank
I would ask that you please contact us on *** in order for us to get all your contact details to include you in the correspondence between us and Xfinity, during the resolution process.
