DEDUCTION FROM MY ACCOUNT
On 02 July I saw that there was R99 deducted from my account from Digicash. I don't even have people that owes me money and I never authorized any money to be deducted from my account,<br> <br> Please reverse the payment and also STOP all further money from being deducted!!!

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
