Debiting Account without Approval
I decided to check my bank statement as I do every month, and noticed a deduction of R89.00 from Digicash Loans with the reference 1BN0L.<br> <br> When I phoned in to query this, it was stated that it was from their Merchant - Loans Connect - who I have had no dealing with in the last year.<br> <br> I did an enquiry with them in 2013 and unfortunately ended up paying the amount of R399, and then it was cancelled. NOW 2 years later - they are deducting money from my account for no reason???<br> <br> And I cannot get hold of either PEARL or NEVILLE at Loans Connect as the numbers are no longer in service.<br> <br> Digicash should check their merchants VALIDITY before deducting any amount from people bank accounts, without having proof that it should be deducted.<br> <br> I insist that DIGICASH refund the R89.00 that was *******ly taken from me, as I will be taking this matter further.<br> <br> Your assistance is appreciated
