We understand your frustration in this regard and we'll aim to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
First it's important to understand that DigiCash only facilitates collections for our merchants, from their customers.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
Please contact our offices on *** or email us at *** so that we can get the necessary details from you for us to block your account so no further deductions can take place and provide you with the company details that is responsible for debiting your account.
Kind regards
DigiCash team
