Debit Order for what?

I am writing on behalf of my mother who is upset about Digicash taking R99 from her account for two months now. <br> First one was *** TRIADGL the second one was *** TRIADGL. <br> She does not need this right now, considering she doesn't know who DIGICASH is and has no outstanding accounts up to date!!! I am mad at this!!!<br> Sort this out ASAP. R200 is too much to keep quiet. Who gave you the go ahead to have debit orders in her account????? This is not OK!!!<br> <br> I await a response promptly!
