Debit Order
Digicash debited R99.00 from my bank account on the 29th of May 2015. I want them to stop that very soon I don't have any business with them. Just leave my bank account alone! I'm not going to be reversing those debit orders every month, which my bank does willingly, and is prepared to stop the orders, I just dont need Digicash interfering with my bank account, Please!!

We would like to inform you that Digicash is a debit order facilitator who facilitates the collections of our merchants' fees, from their clients.
The process is as follows:
1. A client enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
2. That merchant contracts DigiCash to collect their fees from the client's account
3. DigiCash's name (instead of the company with whom the client contracted with) appears on the bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
One of our consultants will contact you shortly and we will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved
