I do not know this Digicash,nor did I make any arrangement or agreement with them.Am very careful and sceptical about my bank details or any online or telephone agreements.I am quite sure I never agreed to any debit of R99.<br> Please stop this debit with immediate effect and never, ever debit that amount on my account ever again.Funny how you debit twice,where the hell do they think i got the money from.....This Digicash reference numbers are:<br> : 3jt and 3gq.....please reverse my money.

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
