Blatent theft

Taking money blatently off my account. contact them get met by rude uncaring people. They have no idea who they are even dealing with no company addresses or contact numbers that work. This place needs to be taken to court and sued badly. *****ing money from so many people and catching them out as its R99 dont get bank notifications. The one lady preceded to laugh at my predicament so much money and time lost. I then close my account because of fear of more money coming off. I went to SAPS they proceeded to say they will refund the lost money only because I went to the police now they say need the original account open to do refund and wont give me cash. these people are ********** and need to be punished.
