19 Sept 2022, 10:43Dear Mr Wiese, As a reputable dealership, Digicars prides ourselves on superior customer care and quality customer experience. We have gone above and beyond in an attempt to accommodate your concerns and queries. It is however disappointing and unfortunate that you have resorted to degrading comments and ill founded remarks against our reputation despite our numerous engagements via email, whatsapp and telephonically to address your concerns.
Based on the facts, we undertook diagnostic testing of your car, provided you with a courtesy vehicle and even offered to pay for partial repairs as an act of good faith, as this request fell out of our Dealership Warranty period for the vehicle.
It is worth mentioning that the car was delivered in good condition with the necessary roadworthy and quality checks completed and a full handover was signed and agreed by you.
It is still unfortunate that you feel that you are being overcharged as we cleared this matter explaining to you that 6 months after your purchase, the manufacturer themselves had the same vehicle with similar mileage at a similar price. On the matter of lost value, we explained the parameters of depreciation to you, not only of this vehicle, but all vehicles that are purchased, including the vehicle that you traded in. We value you as a client and will continue to assist where possible.
Best regards,
